Weekly Sunday Morning Outdoor Self Defense / Combatives Class
Great opportunity to learn some critical self protection, get exercise and have some fun!
We will be outoors as long as weather permits and under cover from elements
We will learn and practice basic Striking and Defense
as well as Escapes - Dirty Fighting and Improvised weapons!
The Proper Mindset is always taughtand reinforced to try to Avoid - Escape - Deescalate
